Why is it?

:qmark: Why is it that participation is so low? Not just on this site but throughout our communities as well.
Have we become a nation of sheep expecting someone to think and act for us or have our options become so abundant that participation is spread thin?

:qmark: Why is it that almost all of the people that post on this site are NCOs? Seldom do you see an officer post, there have been some but not many.
Do we have a web system similar to the old club system where there were separate clubs for Pvt-LCpl, Cpl & Sgt, NCO and O or is there two brotherhoods within the band of brothers, one for officer and one for enlisted?

:qmark: Why is it that the most qualified people seldom seek political office? At least that's the impression this old Marine has.
