I need a beer.
An ice cold beer.

How's your favorite company.

Repeat as desired

I thought this one up myself while I was running on the PFT course, about a half mile in to a 3 mile run:
C-130, on the taxiway
Lance Corporal Hartwig ain't flying today,
I sit on my a$$ in the navigation shop
Hope that I am on the next hop.
Okay, it's only funny if you're a me or one of my buddies here in the nav shop.
The thing that really motivated me at boot was when the DI called for delayed cadence, though. That took the exhaustion right out of me.

Here's one I learned from Gunny Gallagher in A 1/5 (salty old b******, I miss him)
left right left right left right kill
walk into the market
where all the people shop
whip my machete
and I began to chop
left right left right left right kill
stroll into the bank
where people get their cash
pull out my k-bar
and I began to slash
left right left right left right kill
step onto the playground
where all the kiddies play
load up my Uzi
and I began to spray
Not very PC, but not much a crusty Gunny says is.

Sarah: Here's something we sang in Boot Camp in "the old days".
"You can tell a girl in the Marines,
You can tell her by her walk:
You can tell a girl in the Marines, you can tell her by her talk;
You can tell her by her attitude, and her interest and such;
You can tell a girl in the Marines, BUT YOU CAN NOT TELL HER MUCH!
This is probably easier on those tender ears of young, female boots. Semper Fi

Cadence was great. But, when the platoon was not performing with dedication and motivation, "Oh, so you ladies don't want to motivate me, fine...Left Foot...Left Foot...Left Foot...Left Foot...Left Foot...
Which gave our brains plenty of room to think about how much our feet and legs hurt, and how little air our lungs were passing on to the rest of our system.

The prettiest girl

Through a straw
through a straw
I walked right up
i walked right up
and sat rght down
and sat right down
and bought that girl
and bought that girl
another round
another round
i took her home
i took her home
and laid her down
her long blonde hair
laid all around
i pushed it in
and pulled it out
it felt so good
i had to shout
and now i have
a mother in law
and 14 kids who call me pa

Little Yellow birdie with a little yellow bill
Landed on my window sill
Lured him in with a piece of bread
They I smashed his little f***ing head
(yellow could be substituted for f***ing)
If I wanted to be
a doggie
then I should have joined
the Army
If I wanted to be
a squibbly
then I should have joined
the Navy
If I wanted to be
a fly-boy
then I should have joined
the Air Force
But I wanted to be
the best
that's why I joined
The Marine Corps
