I used to be rather infamous for my improvised cadences... they weren't all "motivated/ing" and some were downright xenophobic/homophobic which were frowned upon by my command. Repeat these at your own risk:
My version of "Tiny Bubbles"
Tiny Bubbles
In my wine
Make me happy
Make me feel fine
All those bubbles
In my wine
make me happy
make me feel fine
Tiny bubbles
in my beer
make me violent
make me beat up queers
all those bubbles
in my beer
make me violent
make me beat up queers
Try to dance with me
In Palm Springs (insert other nearby liberty-spot here)
I'll knock your teeth out
You stupid little queen.
------------------------------------------------------------
C130 rollin' down the strip
xxxxxx platoon gonna take a little trip
Take some candy throw it on the ground
watch those children gather 'round
C130 dippin' down low
Watch those kiddies start to glow
Cuz Napalm Sticks to Kids
Watch them sizzle, watch them fizz
Snaaaaaaaaap, crackle, pop.
Burning kids
Blood and guts
everywhere
Oh yeah
Uh-huh
---------------------------------------
If I wanted to be
A doggy
Then I would have joined
The Army
Singin' left-right-left
Right on, Right on
Singin' left-right-left
Right on, Right on
If I wanted to be
A squiddy
Then I would have joined
the Navy
Singin' left-right-left
Right on, Right on
Singin' Left-right-left
Right on, Right on
If I wanted to be
A ****bird
Then I would have joined
the Chair-Force
Singin' Left-right-left
Right On, Right On
Singin' Left-right-left
Right on, Right on
If I wanted to be
A donkey
Then I would have joined
Al-Qaeda
Singin' Durka Durka
For Alla
Singin' Durka Durka
For Alla
But I wanted to be
One of the best
So I went and joined
The Marine Corps
Singin' Blood and Guts
and Semper Fi
The Marine Corps Motto
Is Do or Die

Oh I don't wanna be a Recon Ranger
I don't wanna sleep with my gun
No I don't wanna be a Recon Ranger
I don't wanna sleep with my gun
I'd rather be back in the rear
Doing rack PT and drinking beer.
Yes I'd rather be back in the rear
Doing rack PT and drinking beer.
Oh I don't wanna be a Drill Instructor
I don't wanna shave off all my hair.
No I don't wanna be a Drill Instructor
I don't give a damn about that Smokey Bear.
I'd rather be back in the rear
Doing rack PT and drinking beer.
Yes I'd rather be back in the rear
Doing rack PT and drinking beer.

I've got a few more for another rainy day.

Marine Core Values Cadence
Marine Core Values
are under my skin.
A permanent reminder
of who I am (future Marines say "I'll be").
Honor never fading.
Courage never failing.
Commitment never changing.
United States Marine Core!
The faster that we run,
the tougher we'll become.
The better that our legs hurt,
the harder that we push them.
All because we know,
that Honor never fades,
and Courage never failes,
and Commitment never changes,
in United States Marine Corps!

I dont make any, but i do have a few memorized that i can't help but chant when i start getting tired (while running on my own), although the recruiters will have us do cadences sometimes when they run with us.

I haven't written any down or anything, I make them up as a go along.
Let's play a game. I'll call, and somebody responds with the next line, then someone else calls a line, then someone responds, and so on and so forth. no "LO RIGHTA LEYO"s haha.
anybody interested?

I'm not nearly creative enough to come up with my own cadences, but i'll go along with the game.
"LEFTY RIGHTA LEYO"
