    Goals

What are your goals for Wieght Gain/loss, strength, and running?

Mine are 15-20 pullups, 100 pushups, 6 min. Mile (almost ran one the other day, and almost puked ). I want to gain a couple of pounds a month, of lean muscle.

    I'm 6'7, 195 or so. I'm currently at around 9% bodyfat.

I'd like to add another 10 pounds of muscle or so, and get my pullups up.(I can do about 7, I'd like to get that up to 14 before I leave for boot camp, but being a big guy it's taking me longer than I'd like).

Crunches I'm sitting at around 85 in 2 minutes, should be 100 by the time I leave.

Running I'm trying to get under 20 minutes for the three mile.

    Two months to go!

Yes, definitely talk to Smalcom about your PT and how to get on a good routine.

I definitely think it's to thank for all my progress.

Im 6'0" 175lbs. Doing 11 pulls ups, 100 sit ups in 2 mins, and about 23 mins on the 3 mile.

Would like to get over 20 pull ups and drop that 3 mile under 20 mins.

    I'm 71inches, 225lbs, 65crunches, I can't finish a 1.5m anymore without walking the middle, and I cant do pullups.

By the time I reach the MCRD I plan to be able to do a 1.5 in 10minutes, 70+ crunches and 15pullups.

Although I am no longer a poolee, and not a Marine, I'm 5'8" 210 lbs, cutting up and hoping to get into a novice bodybuilding competition within the next year.

I also want to be benching 300 for reps, squatting 500+, and deadlifting 350-400 lbs.

Got a lot of work to do, but good post and all of you keep working at it (except Smalcom, that PT stud)!
