Alright fellow poolees what would your PFT be if you took it today?

    Me, 19 pull ups
    100+ sit ups
    20:30 or so 3 mile

It all adds up to about a 275-280 I believe. I can't wait for this damn ankle to heal so i can cut down on those run times.

    What about you?

Well its sounds like most of you are looking pretty good but there a few that need to work on upper body strenght and there endurance when it comes to running. i went in the Corps in 1987 with a perfect 300 PFT and got out In 1991 and was still at a perfect PFT. YOU CAN ALL DO IT IF YOU SET YOUR MIND TO IT!

    8 pull-ups

    95 sit-ups

2.5 mile run in 20:30 min

my PFT? sucky. i can do 4 pull ups, 75 or so crunches, and i get around 23:00 on the 3 mile

20 pullups, 135 crunches, around 20 min which is probably lower now. PFT is at 288 or a few points higher.

Dang, Yall are poolees and run that fast. Yall do know the better the shape you in when you get to MCRD the harder they will be on you.

I am at 10 pull-ups, 100+ crunches, and 1 1/2 mile in like 13 mins..I am going to shed off 3 mins before June.

I don't want to go to PI all buffed. I want to challenge myself.

Never taken the pft before but my ist scores are:

    94-sec. flex
    104-crunches
    11:59 half mile

    Let that be my judge.

Oh, and Shaffer, if you see this, the other post closed down before I could respond, but those are my times. And I can do enough male pull-ups to get into boot. Better than most poolees at my recruiting station, a lot of them are going infintry. Doubt me if you will, but hey, one of these days, women are going to be accepted in infintry, and all you grunts on the front line might have a female save your life. It will happen, so be nice to us females!

My upper body doesn't rate- just 7 pullups and 72 crunches, but I can run ok- 9:50 the last time we ran an IST at the RSS

Hey Lorix I agree with you Females will be on the front lines one of these days couse of we are stepping out and up. My PFT would not add up to yours.

    11 pull-ups, roughly 70-80 crunches, and prolly around a 22-23 min 3 mile.

The best way to cut down on your run times is find a stadium( for the steps) or some land with alot of uneven ground to run on , ie hills, and try to run in boots of some kind. In 29 Palms we would run in shorts, tshirts flak jackets web gear boots and try to carry 2- 5lb sledge hammers to help with our wind . Some guys even ran with light packs on and our runs always had some sand time in thier and it really helped our run times. I went from a 20:30 average to a 18:15 average 3 miles. The best was in Oki. when I was stinking hung over after a long night and a surprise PFT but I don't recommend trying that one yet.
