at RS Buffalo, and RSS Horsheads the recruiters are having a relatively easy time in recruiting, i beleve that they have been making mission without much problem, my recruiter gets done with his recruiting duty soon and he is getting a Navy Acheivement medal (if i'm not mistaken). The CO of RS Buffalo is Major Landon and he was given some sort of plaque last fall/winter because that station is one of the top in the country.
