No, I didn't know you could find out before you get to Parris Island. Do you? New Hampshire is cold isn't it? Man, you're gonna have a rough time gettin used to the heat. NC can get real cold too though in the winter's.

New Hampshier isn't too cold in the spring and summer. It has been consistently around 65-75 degrees for a couple of weeks. I don't know if you can, I just heard some guys saying what platoon they were in. I really don't know. I gues your recruiter might be able to find out. Yeah the heat is definately going to take some getting use too.

I went to boot camp 12/17/85. A week before Christmas. Boy did that stink. I was 18 in June of 85.
