I'm willing to do whatever it takes
So I'm about to turn 15 in 4 months and I've been wanting to join the Marines but need advice, I take Crossfit as a way of working out. What really worries me about joining the Marines is Bootcamp I can't do any pull-ups or climb a rope yet and running 3 miles in 18 minutes has me worried I'm 5'11" almost 6'0" and weigh about 230 pounds, all I really care about is doing the requirements, I just need some advice on what to do and how to prepare for boot camp, I'm willing to do whatever it takes, and thank you for your time.

If you belong to a cross-fit gym you pay good money for access to trainers, right? Ask one of them to help you come up with a custom tailored workout plan. Your high-school athletic department also is likely a good resource. The good news is you have 4 years to get in shape.
