Any Advice

I have an inquiring question and I am wondering if someone would be able to answer it. I have waited long over my 6 month period to talk to my former recruiter and have the opportunity to speak with the head Gunnery Sergeant this upcoming Tuesday. I went to boot camp but ended up speaking in the MOT (medical; migraines) sending me home with an honorable discharge, however I was marked with fraudulent enlistment. I was also given the re-entry code RE-3P. I know of the DD 149 form and plan to send out if I get the green light. My question if anyone on here knows of anybody getting the opportunity the re-enlist back into the USMC? This is my last shot to serve my country and any advice would greatly be appreciated. - Thanks
