Fy17 enlisted retention campaign

Greetings fellow Marines. I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on this. Kinda break it down Barney style for me. I'm trying to return to active duty after a 2 year break in service as a 3521. Is it possible to reenlist in the same MOS or any with an open boat space?

In all honesty, the ONLY up to date and accurate source would be the local Marine Recruiter.

In today's recruiting market it's going to be tough, but call the Recruiter and ask, you won't know until then...

Your first hurdle will be finding a Prior Service Recruiter who will even talk to you. If you can do that, you're better off than most. With that said, your odds will increase if you're a female, open gay, or open transgender.
