Finger Fracture - Distal Phalanx
Hey leatherneck, so my recruiting process has been slow, been trying the past year, but had to wait 2 years for my ADD to be fully passed, which happened recently, so I am good on the ADD issue, and havce a doctor's letter with the latest prescription date in it signed by my Doc.
The main thing left is my, Right Ring Finger.
I fractured the top knuckle or the knuckle where the finger nail is. There is a small bone growth, but there is nothing missing of my finger, there is no loss of feeling.
I can bend my finger, grip, and perform daily duties without any issues.
Would a small bone growth on a knuckle of a finger be a DQ? To be specific, it was a Fracture/dislocation of the Distal Phalanx.

They looked at it, seemed good to the Head Boss guy there. There's no Metal pins in the finger.
Just some bone growth from the surgery, but nothing debilitating.
They said just to gather my medical documents about my finger.
My doctor who did the surgery put on the follow-up that I was cleared to play sports at full capacity with my finger, so I'm guessing that is good news in the documents.

I don't think it will be a problem, but it's been over 20 years since I was a recruiter ...

Thank you for the quick replies, Yes It shouldn't be a problem.
As long as I can make a grip, grab objects, and touch my finger tips with it. I should be good from what I've read in a lot of forums and online medical sites.
