What should I do if I want to cry?

Hey folks, so for a long time now I've been wanting to make this official and become a Marine. But there's the elephant in the room: Drill instructors tend to yell quite a bit, and "being nice" isn't exactly priority. So if I'm new, and this guy is yelling at me and being all mean, at first I'm probably gonna wanna cry, and quite often. My question is, is that allowed? Are you allowed to cry? And even if you are allowed to cry, what happens if you do cry? Should I try and hold it in? Should I cry, but try to cry silently? Because I'm not a quiet crier when I cry.
