Need advice from recruiting experience

So i just came on here to ask a quick question, i enlisted with the navy about 8 months ago and have been waiting to go to RTC, i finally got my ship date a month ago for November 25th. The problem is, after watching a few close friends become marines, and now my best friend, i really dont know if i can go through with any other branch besides the Marines. I'm just trying to hear what anyone who's had experience recruiting is, if someone dropped out of another branches DEP to become a marine would you even give a second look at them? i know what i want to do, i just dont know if its a possibility at this stage in the game
