How hard is it to lat move in the Marines?

    How hard is it to lat move in the Marines?

    If I go into Intel when I first join or even infantry, how hard is it to lat move to 0211? Is it nearly impossible to lat move after 2 years from what I've heard?

    Don't plan on being able to do it, with retention rates extremely low because of the Corps downsizing re-enlisting and/or lat-moving isn't a viable option.

    Being Intel already though will make it easier to get into 0211/Counter-Intel. You'll have to meet the rank requirement though and that may not happen within your first enlistment.
