    VA Home Loans

    I am looking for advice on the VA Home Loan process, and I couldn't think of a better place to seek advice. I have sent in for my letter of eligibility and I am just waiting that out. I was hoping to get some advice before going into the game.

    I found out the other day after buying my second house that in using the VA loan option you can back out of the deal without penalties at anytime......up to the date of signing the finale paperwork...It blew me away when I found that out.

    why would you want to buy out? What process do you take with the bank do you just show up and present them your 14 and elg. letter from the VA, I am sure it will all come together. Thanks for you advice.
