Regarding Rt
I was wondering if any one on here would have a work idea for me and a friend so we can get in better shape. We have been doing push-ups and pull-ups, as well as sit-ups. We feel as if it is not enough any ideas would be helpful

Did you forget about running ?
If you mean a workout routine read the posts in the " Poolee Hall " and " Ask a Marine " Forums.
There was just a post 2 days ago about Crossfit Training there.

Your recruiter will know - one of their jobs is to prepare you to pass the IST. You will be doing organized PT at Poolee meetings.

When did RT become the the new word for Recruit Training ?
Is that texting lingo or just laziness ?
