I have seen this before and the big companies would not play along and it failed. Now if the big boys joined in WOW it would not only shake DC the oil companies would feel the bite to.

with me, at the time in Michigan, it was .20 a gal, but i was to young for a legit drivers license but that didn't stop me from taking my motorcycle all over the place, back then the Sheriff and local police didn't care as long as you kept the traffic laws,,
