    Are/Can badges and ribbons be worn on the bravo shirt under the Alpha blouse?

    badges are rarely

    worn on any dress uniform (except for the Alpah blouse) except when prescribed by the local commander.

    As far as the ribbons, you are authorized to wear ribbons on your bravo shirt under your Alphas. It's also a good idea in case you plan on taking off the Alpha coat.
