Probation

i had a question. feb 10 2010 i was 17 and got arrested for burglary of habitation its a 2nd degree felony.. i was placed on adjudication probation for 6 years i have about three left.. im 19 now and want to do better for my self but i feel probation and my record is holding me back is there a way to join the military and get off probation .. im not saying i want to join the military just to get off probation, i want to cause i think i have the mental and physical strenth to achieve any objective can someone please help me

a man i worked with, and a felony, he ask the court to grant him his rights so he could join the service,, he got that and a waver and is a Marine,, it is all up to the court and CMC no i don't know if your record is as bad where your rights have been taken or not, if not it is all up to your recruiter and CMC to grant the waver,, it is getting harder and harder right now with the threat of down sizing,,
