    I liked the coming together at the 50yr reunion during the reenactment of Pickett's Charge. A recogniition that they were in it together.

    Maybe someday we'll have a similar (albeit cyber) event here on LN between the Vietnam era vets and the Irag/Aphgan vets.

    I just hope it doesn't take 50yrs.

    my great grandad was to young for that war...his older brother was in it...after the war was over they moved to Idaho....homesteaded a ranch in the Pasimarie....never said what side they was on....came from MO....thinkin they was Rebs
