What are cruise jackets made of?

Anyone know what the US Navy Cruise Jacket is made of (type of material). I am also looking to get another one made. Mine grew legs and took a hike while I was over in Saudi in '91.

I've seen them made mostly of wool, if you are talking about the heavier black ones. The Asian ones are typically a silk/poly blend, but it also depends on the time frame, I've seen the older ones made of cotton, or even old poncho liners.
