    USMC Reserves Family Life

    Hi Marines. I am considering enlisting as a reserve and my fiance is worried about family life in the Marines (We have 2 kids together). Someone put a bug in her ear about joining the Air Force because of their standard of living for families. I told her that since I wouldn't be active duty and not living on base year round, the standard of living wouldn't affect us.

    (And I'm not interested in serving in any other branch other than the Corps.)
