Reserve Lateral Move

Hello Marines, I have searched this on site and on google but i can't find anything recent about it. I'm DEP with 0451 Reserve contract. I want to switch into the 03xx field but as it looks that probably wont be possible before I go to boot camp. So I'm asking if a lateral move into infantry after just 2 years of service is plausible or is more likely that I will lat move as a re-up incentive? Would lat moving from Reserve Logistics to AD 03xx be likely? Also I'm wondering if a Marine gets accepted for MARSOC does his command have to sign to let him go like a lat move? Thank you for your time and this poolee greatly appreciates any help!

Keep in mind that a lat move request must be approved by the HQMC (Headquarters of the Marine Corps). The Marine Corps isn’t going to spend all this time and money to train you in a job only to have you change that job after one or two years of doing it. You won't be allowed to change jobs just for the sake of changing jobs.
