42 years
42 years ago today I put my feet on the Yellow Footprints that started a different phase of my life.I wouldn't change a thing,but then again maybe one and that would be to have stayed longer in my Marine Corps.It changed my life for the better as I was headed on the train for nowhere fast until mmy feet hit those footprints.Semper Fi

I could forget the date I got married. I could forget birthdays. But I never will forget Dec. 5, 1967. It changed a lot of us in a lot of ways. S/F BROTHER.

Marine Corps birthday graduation Pretty Special I remember that day well Nov.10th 1969, I was in the Hospital at Camp Pendleton. S/f Moz USMC 68-70

Mornin' all......
Well....it was 46 years for me on 9/1.
I'll never forget the first meal at the chow hall at MCRD/SD being a silver tray of a weird looking stack of cold cuts that I refer to as some sort of narly loaf which I could hardly choke down during that frightful first day.
Hard to believe it's been so long.
