    43 years

    43 years ago today one of my high school buddies made the ultimate sacrifice for his country during Vietnam.L/CPL Henry Ballew was awarded the Silver Star for actions he did for his platoon and was mortally wounded in his effort.
    May You forever Rest In Peace My Brother for you gave of your all for God,Country and the United States Marine Corps. I am proud to call you my brother. Semper Fi Henry until we meet again guarding the Gates of Heaven.

    43 years ago was truly a difficult time for all of us. I salute you sir for remembering your friend and keeping his memory alive. I still do the same for many of my brothers as well.
