A Camp Lejeune Marine is accused of exposing his privates to women at a local pharmacy last week, according to arrest warrants.
Timothy Gale Whitehair Jr., 25, of 2nd MHG, was charged Thursday by the Jacksonville Police Department with five counts of indecent exposure.
Whitehair is accused of exposing “his private parts … in a public place, CVS Pharmacy,” according to warrants.
Whitehair allegedly exposed himself to at least two patrons and three employees in an incident that is alleged to have occurred June 23, according to court records on file at the Onslow County Courthouse.
Bond was set at $1,500.
His next court date is set for Sept. 21.
Indecent exposure is a Class 2 misdemeanor punishable by up to six months in prison and a $500 fine, according to N.C. General Statute 14.
