Weighted vest workouts
I was thinking about buying a weighted vest but before I do I want to know if it's worth it (40$ for a 20 pound vest) and if anyone has any exercises that use a weighted vest.

Yes, you can use weighted vests for hill runs, chest dips, pushups, pullups. Endless stuff.

I use a 30lb vest on top of whatever i carry in my pack which is normally between 10-20lbs when i go hiking. Also its easier to wear the vest when doing pullups than holding a weight between your legs (or in your pack).

I had one I use to run with then I gave it away.
It does work the hell out of you and makes a BIG difference once you have it off.
