Who told you this? Was it from the Marines? It's up to your husband and his recruiter to take care of all of this. From my limited knowledge of how things work today, your husband's boot pay is directly deposited into an acoount he opens. Who has access to that money is something you seriously need to find out.Once again,all of this is up to your husband.Tell him to start getting his butt in gear
