    Anyone got good workout routines

    Im trying to get in the best shape i can get before bootcamp.

    for pull ups, look up the Recon Ron Pull Up Program. It's such a great work out. As for anything else... stay away from weight training, your looking for endurance, not muscle mass. Look up the MARSOC Shortcard too, pretty good for a quick work out.

    p90X. It is no joke. I got 20pullups from that, along with strong shoulders, triceps, abs, back, legs.......just incorporate some serious running into it and your set.
