Very good point. I definitely agree. CrossFit is very safe if done properly. However, improper form, which is easy with a lot of the movements, can lead to very bad things.

Also, stop training for 2 hours!! I love your dedication! That's awesome, but no need to do so much for so long. Just increase the intensity. Warm up properly (10 minutes), workout HARD for 5-30...
