This is another re-enlistment question for old people. I am 39 years old now and have three children, one a Marine and the other two are seniors in High School. I served on active duty for 7 years and 6 months (88-96) and was honorably discharged as a Sgt (0431 Embark). I loved deploying and being a Marine, but thought it was best for my children to step out at that time, with the intention of possible returning once they were grown.
