It saddens this pup to know that his God-Grandfather Devil Dog is sick and in the hospital. All I can tell you is be strong Devil-Dog. Dave, I just got an e-mail from Josh's mom that he has suffered a hip injury on the Island and will be delayed in training 13 days while he heals. I just wanted to let you know. I don't know what happens from here but I'm sure you have an idea. He's gonna need some extra moto, I think.

This is not to say that I'm ashamed of my service. I wouldn't be sporting a veterans plate on my car otherwise.

Not going to put much more in my profile. I prefer not to put any personally identifiable information on here since it's accessible to the public. I'm in a place where people preach equality and tolerance. The only exception is if you are affiliated with the military; then they just become downright hostile.

Since it doesn't matter that I spent my career behind a keyboard and in a flatbed truck, I jokingly grin and thank them for buying me the rifle rounds when they ask me what it feels like to kill someone. This doesn't help things but I don't think I can sway those hipsters anyhow so I don't try.
