Navy & Marine Corps Achievement Medal

My son Matthew or should I say Cpl Schiffer of the 31st Meu was awarded the Navy & Marine Corps Achievement Medal today. I wanted to share that with everyone and say that I'm so proud of him.

    Congratulations!!! I imagine that you really are a proud father. I am not a Marine I am a DEPper but I hope to be able to one day be able to call myself what only so few people can. I hope that if I do make it my mother will be as proud of me as you are of him. Congratulations again and I'm sure that he'll achieve many more things.

    congradulations on your sons NAM, as we call it im in vma-211 stationed in yuma, arizona. if hes on the 31st meu that means hes stationed down here isnt he?
