I didn't have any luck with his last name as I was spelling it a little diferent. But I typed in dates served in the search engine, and his name was one that popped up. Googled the name I now knew was right, and got lucky on the first try with the correct city. Then I went to dexonline and typed in the name and city. Their phone was under his wives name.
