IMPORTANT! Discharge if?

Alright I have not been charged with anything, never went to court for anything. I have had a cop talk to me summons me to court for assault. But charges was dropped. Plus I was only 17, and am now 22 with a clean record other than that. Even have no traffic violations or tickets. Could this get me kicked on of the Marines Corps D.E.P.? PLEASE let me know thank you, I am going to meet with my Sargent tommorow to get the papers. Thank you.
