Any Recon Marines hang around?

I'm kind of torn between two different paths

Had a couple of questions for the Recon guys, and was wondering if there are any that hang around these boards.

I was a Reconner at one time back in the day. There are a handful of older Recon guys and some new young pups also I have seen at one time or another on this site.

What is the issue or question?

How about Marines, not guys.
And try doing a search on the site as reson has been covered many times before.

And did you bother to look at any of the sticky threads.....

I did read that sticky. The post doesn't give me the answers I'm looking for exactly. It actually even says

"On a side note, before trying to get into Recon, you should take a few hours and research what exactly Recon does"

I know what their roles are, just thought I'd exchange a few PMs with people who've been there done that.

Brother the clock does not lie.

And that clock has been ticking like crazy since either of us were 3Reconners.

Darn what I would give to have the legs and the mindset for just one more mission.

But its just old memories now. :-(
