Marines still in OIF...

There are only a couple hundred Marines left in Iraq now... the actual unclassified number of Marines still in country is around 140 something. We pulled out extremely quickly... imagine the sweat, gear, money, and memories left behind. I remember when we were tens of thousands deep. Crazy to think about. Whats your input?

Glad we are done with it. lost a few friends there over the years. Now its back on to OEF. that 140 are most likely trainers. I know there are still a few of them there.

Yes, they are trainers. Also still a few transition teams like BTTs, SPTTS, MTTs, ect.
