Trying to get up to a 300, need one more pull-up and just a little better on the run. Have already cut my 3 mile time in half, going down 1:30 won't be so hard.

Yes I do, and one of the reasons I lost the weight and got in shape was my dream of joining the Marine Corps. And thank you

the first half of this thread is already through boot camp....

the last PFT I ran I got a 210... 1st class for my old ass.

    I did

    14 pull-ups
    100 crunches
    24: something or other.

I'm pretty sure it came out to 210...

Sounds about like mine SSgt. Last one I officially was in 2003 which was as follows

    15 Pullups
    100 Crunches
    17:50 3 mile

Now a days I can do about
    12 Pullups
    100 Crunches
    18:20 Run

Not as good as I once was, but hey its still a first class. But whos counting for me lol
