    Now I wonder about exceptions. Yes I noticed sleep apnea defined as automatic DQ, I wonder if there is even very minimal chance of obtaining a waiver considering the lack of necessity for CPAP. I noticed I sleep better without it, but I bet that has to be approved by a licensed physician before submitting that to MEPs.

    Unknown I am not trying to ride you but take it from a FF that works with alot of people with sleep apnea, if your Doc has already mentioned CPAP it would be in your best interest to find a different field of work. Try Homeland Security or something else.
