    Post Moral Waivers

Hi my name is Duncan and I'm a convicted Felon.
I was Convicted of two B&Es, one felony theft, and two tampering with Evidence and a misdemeanor theft. I was Sentenced to nine months in prison but I served eight and was released early from completion of a college program that knocked off twenty seven days. I also have a Disorderly Conduct while intoxicated in the presence of two or more officers on my record. So for the longest time I wanted to be a pilot but my eyesight is what prevented me before which is why I never enlisted before I was convicted but I believe everyone deserves second chances and so my question or questions are, what are the requirements for a Moral Waiver? and what are my chances of receiving a Moral Waiver?.

    Howdy Zulu....

    I would agree.

From his post he's had far more than a 'second chance' at cleaning up his act.
Unfortunately, I don't see any perceivable success or improvement.

    Back to it....

The Lautenberg Amendment says you have absolutely no chance of enlisting/commissioning/serving in any other capacity other than civilian support. Unless you maybe get a presidential/governors pardon.
