Clarification for veteran wanting to wear his dress blues
I am looking for clarification on being able to wear my dress blues for an upcoming patriotic event. I read the regulation on when veterans can wear dress blues, however I am trying to find out if there is a way to contact the governing body/agency to get clarification after I outline the event. Does anybody know if there is any office/agency that we can actually reach out to for an answer or guidance rather than just being pointed to the online regulation? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you

Marine Corps Uniform Board: (703) 784:6889.
They make the rules (governing agency). Can't get anymore official than that.
Good luck
