Some of us were born to be Marines, others were not. If everyone could be a Marine we wouldn't be so special.
If that recruiter just straight up told me that I have no shot (of ECP) and will end up NCO if I serve long enough, then fair enough, i'd have definitely signed up with him.

The problem was that he was being fake and manipulated those pressuring techniques. But hey all is good.

Oh and as far as all those illiterate idiots just bashing, I don't care.
I don't take offense from anybody that I shouldn't care about.

He's a young wanna B, and that's all he'll ever be. Here he gets to associate with Marines by proxy. Better than nothing I guess.

    Haha good attempt there comedian.
Seriously Russ, did I hurt your feelings?
For someone of that age, you ought to behave and watch your attitude.

Hey, are you a prophet? How do you know for sure that I won’t be a Marine?

Russ, for someone so salty for no reason like you don’t get respect.
Didn’t the corps teach you that?

Woah buddy, you want to be a Marine, yet you treat those who already earned the title like dirt? Ya know, even if by the grace of God you somehow slip through the cracks and earn the coveted title of Marine, you dont deserve it.... I myself am a Wanna be just like you but if you expect to get anywhere in life, you better buck up and not whine like a baby. Recruiters do have to make quotas but theyre not obilgated to take everyone who walks through their doors saying they wanna be a Marine. You have to prove yourself worthy enough and not bicker about everything. Marines surpass others, they dont go with the "norm" and the normality for your generation is to get everything instantaneously, you have to work and have initiative and rise above the others. Old Marine is right... maybe you should try the Salvation Army....

Regardless of suspicions, Joshhhh got himself a two-week vacation. He was also given some suggested homework to do before he comes back (if he does).
