I watched this video today because a few of my family members shared this, i was never a Simon and Garfunkel fan but this version of the song coupled with the images really sends a chill down your spine and brought and made be bawl uncontrollably. Such a tragic event brought this country together everyone actually gave a $#!t about one another everyone called people they havent seen or spoken to in years just to find out how they were doing even if they were no where near the event that took place. This is what America used to stand for helping your brother and sister out unfortunately unless we have another catastrophic event we may never return to the bastion this nation was. But I am also forever thankful to the men and women who day in and day out risk their lives and are willing to write a blank check for the people of this nation, willing to give up anything, and everything upto and including their lives for the freedoms we currently have. This country still has many faults and needs to right itself before it sinks but damn it I love this country and I may currently have more motivation because I saw this video but the love of this nation is what calls many of us to do the things we do. And at the risk of sounding too motivated I will end this with ~Semper Fidelis
