Marine to Naval Doctor HPSP

I am in the Marine Reserves and am going to school to become a doctor I was looking online for programs in the Navy to get my schooling paid for and a commission. I saw the HPSP program and was wondering if anyone knows if you can enter this program as a enlisted Marine and what the steps to do that are. Additional information I am a Lcpl with 5 years left on my contract.

I'm sure this isn't there first rodeo on your question and working with students in the Armed Forces or Veterans.
