Run TImes
I leave for PI i`n September. I've been running 3-4 days a week for about a month and didn't have good cardio before so run times are going down fast. As of right now my 3 mile time is 21:20 and my IST 1.5 is about 9:45. Are these respectable times and is my training on the right path?

I'd say those are pretty respectable times if you've only been at it a month. 3-4 days a week is about the max I'd suggest. Slowly push it up to 18-minutes or less and you'll be doing really well.
