    Ompf advice

    Can something as far as a negative counseling be Entered into a marines OMPF without letting the marine know?

    I dont know about the Marine Corps but in the Navy if you get counseled you have to sign that sheet whitch doesnt say your guilty just that you saw it.

    No only page 11's and above go into OMPF, Negative counselings are for the unit you are with currently only and go away as you change units.
