Well I'm not in the US and when I asked him to desist I got this reply
First, i am not using the names of anyone to promote the sales of any items. Secondly, this is not a proper format for a notice to cease and desist. Thirdly, if you wish to address legal issues or actions you can address a formal letter to our registered agent and attorney. And lastly, your request to cease and desist has no bearing on US law and therefore becomes a moot issue. Thank you for your time and concern. Your inquiry has been noted. If you wish to further communicate do so in a fashion which is not anonymous and not presumptive. Please take the time to check your information properly and accurately, since I have contacts in the UK who will gladly file action against you and whoever you represent for libel under the laws prescribed to by the UK. Thank you for your time.
