    Origin of boot

Good evening gents. I have a history question. Does anyone know the origin of the term "boot"?

    Marfat,
Dem boys be tough on us new guys.
All I could find out, is the translation from Greek to New Latin, back when Jesus was a private, it meant amoeba or "changeling". Amoeba sounds about right to me.
Is that lower than a maggot?

DoDo your duty, man up, and fill out the rest of your profile. We'd like to get to know you.
Just be careful. I wouldn't be giving my exact location as long as fistfu is in the house.

    Ever forward.
