The judge said congress has exceeded it's authority.

There are 26 or 27 States involved in the appeal was told by one of the Attornys at our AG office that more States are talking about come on board. Got my finger crossed.

This is a no-brainer, and shouldn't surprise anyone. All bills raising revenue have to originate in the House according to the Constitution, yet it was the Senate that added several revenue raising provisions via taxes. Also, the individual mandates forcing individuals to purchase insurance or face fines and penalities is unconstitutional. May as well force individuals who don't drive cars buy auto insurance. Obamacare has nothing to do with health, and everything to do with growing goverment and more government control.
