I am currently 1LT(P) in the Army and a rated AH64D Pilot. Is it possible for me to do an inter-branch transfer and if so, still be a pilot?

You need to check AR 614-120, dated 20 June 2016, to see how to do it. As an Apache pilot, only the Army has them, so I don't know how you will continue to be an Apache pilot in any other service. Will the other services train you to qualify in fixed-wing or other rotor aircraft, I don't know.
